New members subject to approval..

So as to end the wave of spamers we have had recently, I've set the group so that I have to approve members before they can join. We should discuss how to collectively manage this process at the next meeting. For the time being I will approve anyone who provides information about who they are and their interest in Cedar. Thanks!
